The original idea came from a STEIM exhibition called 'ensemble' which actually is a workshop for children. It was developed by Kristina to investigate the use of simple sensors built in clothes as a means of playing a piece of electronic music. 'ensemble' is a live soundpiece played by the orchestra of those who dress up.

When I was visiting the exhibition I told her it would be great to develop a theaterplay around these sensors. In this play you would let the sensors 'do the talking'. She told me it was not in her interest but that she would like to cooperate if I would make a play. This is were it all started.
